I am so, so sorry you've had such a crummy experience with Bumpin Blends!! You're our very first negative review so I wanted to reply personally to apologize and help you however I can. First things first, I have canceled your subscription for you!
I took a look at your account and it looks like you never created an account to manage your subscription (which is why you can't login). You can create an account right here if you'd like (but it's not necessary since I have canceled your subscription for you): bumpinblends.com/account/register
We also make it clear in all our emails and on our site and Instagram that we are super, super reachable for customer service and support managing your subscription. I don't see any emails from you to our customer service team for any support. In the future, you can always email us or reply to any order confirmation email to cancel, skip, or change flavors.
